Cost estimation

The information below, combined with the information on the Fees page, helps you to anticipate, fairly accurately, the cost of the services you intend to order. Our translation Fees vary according to:

A. Service type (translation or interpretation)

B. Linguistic group (major or minor languages)

C. Volume as against time of work.

A. Service type

A.1. Translation services
A.1.i.For General translation, irrespective of its nature, the unitary price is as per page to translate, which consists of 2,000 characters, including the spaces.
A.1.ii. For Legal translation, the unitary price is as per document – irrespective of the number of characters – for personal documents and diplomas or competence certificates, or as per page to translate, for other notarial translations.
A.2. Interpretation services
A.2.i. For interpretation services, the unitary price is as per working hour or working day.

B. Linguistic group

B.1. Services in major languages (English, French, German, Spanish.)

B.2. Services in minor languages (e.g. Bulgarian, Danish, Hungarian, Russian, Swedish etc.)

C. Volume as against time of work

C.1. For translation services, the unitary price is as per page/hour (maximum 8 pages/24 hours.)

C.2. For interpretation, the unitary price is as per working hour.
